Pachinko Parlor  November 18th- 22nd 2025

I hosted a four day roaming pachinko parlor in conjunction with my friends at U Haul Gallery. Visiting the pit boss table in the back a $5 buy in would get you 25 balls to play a machine. Once loaded, getting your ball into the winning pockets of the machine would pay out 15 balls. Much like modern day slots we had players sit for an hour and leave with 10lbs of balls, and others lose all of their balls in less than a minute. We had eight 1970s era pachinko machines mounted on the walls with a labyrinth of tubes connecting each to a central bucket to catch the losing "house" balls.

Once you were done playing (for better or worse) you would cash out with the same pitboss and receive a signed voucher with the amount of balls you ended up with. You then walk the voucher to our other Uhaul truck parked nearby to exchange it for prizes from the prize pit.

THE EXCHANGE OF PRIZES FOR BALLS WAS COMPLETELY DECIDED BY THE PERSON WORKING THE DESK , THERE IS NO DIRECT EXCHANGE RATE AND WE WENT OFF VIBE
